We do the shopping for you, so you don't have to! 5 Mortgage Secrets YOU should know:1. It is imperative that you check your credit bureau once a year! By being aware of what information that report contains and how important it is with credit grantors, you can prevent great opportunities from passing you by for unknown credit issues.2. Refrain from "No Cost" refinancing. The closing costs and a higher interest rate are usually hidden into the new mortgage, which may miss your attention. You will normally end up paying more in the end. 3. Increasing the amount of your regular mortgage payments is actually more beneficial to you than making annual lump sum payments. 4. Increasing your monthly principal and interest payments by 1.5, is equivalent to making bi-weekly accelerated payments. 5. Instead of not using your credit cards at all, make small purchases every once in a while, then pay off the total at the end of each month. By using your credit cards on a regular basis, it positively affects your credit score. * OAC
